Back on the track

Where the hell have I been?

Everywhere. It would be much easier just to say where the hell haven't I been.

Well, there are certainly many places I haven't been in this World. But no many from the destinations Emirates goes to.  I haven't been to Malta. Also not to Los Angeles and Sao Francisco. I haven't also been to Toronto. And to Capetown.

This month I went to Shangai for the first time. It was a huge surprise because many Crew told me there was not a lot to do. FIrst of all, Shangai is soooo green and beautiful. There are lots of bike lanes, parks restaurants and Malls. There is a lot of planning in the City. Our hotel is situated at an  27 years only  area. (Padong)
On the next day, I went to this Underground Market. You will easily get lost there. It is like an underground maze of fake stuff. And everyone is Chinese and all the shops sell similar stuff. So after 5 minutes, it feels like a permanent Deja Vu. You always thing you have spoken to that Lady before, or have been to her shop. At the moment it is all about fake Ed Hardy, Paul Smith and Abercrombie e Fitch shirts. Sooooo nice and perfect it is ridiculous! There is also a lot of Lui Vitton bags. But these ones, and the DVDS are hidden on the back of the shops... even there they aren't legal.

Another amazing experience are the massages. Well, no wonder acupunture and reflexology were invented in China.  And it is all sooo cheap. The problem is the "funny business". You must find a decent place unless you want a happy end. One of the places near the hotel had a board were one of the options, right after the back massage and the korean massage was the "genital organs care". This last one costed only 70 yens, about 10 dollars.
I decided for the one offered at the hotel. More expensive, but no funny business. And still ridiculously cheap.

I had a chinese body massage and after a reflexology. Both amazing. no oil, I hate oily massage. The chinese massage is a bit tough. It is all about pressing your nerves hard and holding it. The reflexology is massaging your foot like a drenage and apparently makes all your organs work better.
Before I start my massage, they brought me this flower tea. And I mean flower REALLY: daisies, roses etc. it looks so lovely and it tastes fine... but it feels like you shouldn't be drinking kkk.
If you go to China, you must go to the DVD shops. I know it isn't nice to buy fake DVDS, but in China they are so nice and perfect that they even make the real ones look fake. Specially because they make shinny covers for them!
To end up my day, I went to a food supermarket. It was quite an experience. EVERYTHING smelled very strong, but I could't really recognize the smell. Something fishy, ruined, strange. Impossible to buy food there. I was able to find a tuna can and a pepsi kkkk. After 10 minutes I really wanted to leave.

The flight itself it  is  also very curious. You see that huge number of chinese people going out of China to the World, but they cannot even ask for a water in English. They really have not a clue of any language except theirs. I couldn't stop wondering where do they go, why and how the hell do they survive abroad?
Very interesting experience.

ps: Sorry for the poor written English. I'm not used to writting in ENglish anymore... hopefully it will get better with the time.
